Area preparation: Customers must ensure the service area (driveway, patio, or path) is clear of all vehicles, garden furniture, planters, and pet waste before we arrive.

Utility access: We require access to a working external water tap and a standard electrical outlet. If these are not available, you must notify us at the time of booking.

Pre-existing condition: Customers must understand that we are not liable for damage to already crumbling mortar, loose tiles, or degraded brickwork. We will document the area’s condition before starting any work.

Water-tightness: It is the customer's responsibility to ensure all windows and doors near the service area are fully closed and sealed to prevent water ingress.

Appointment-only: We operate strictly by appointment, and we require 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling.

When to pay: Payment is due immediately upon completion of the service once you have inspected the work.
